Sonnenhof Walchsee

During xmas season, we stayed at a hotel with nice clean rooms and a great view of the alps. The hotel's location was perfect for skiing and snow activities since it was close to the pistes. Its cosy atmosphere made us feel at home. their breakfast was delicious and served in a nice setting. we had a fun time skiing, and the hotel had the basic facilities we needed.

The hotel's customer service was not up to par. We had a couple of issues with the water heater and it took the staff almost a whole day to fix it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the modern bathrooms were well equipped. The staff, especially the Fraulein, was very kind and cute, providing us with valuable tips about the neighborhood and nearby restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, with delicious coffee. the hotel's facilities and the helpfulness of the staff contributed to a enjoyable experience.

There were no restaurants or cafes nearby, and the hotel's food menu was limited. the Wi-Fi was patchy and made it difficult to work.

the people in the neighboring apartment were smokers and frequently smoked on their balcony, which caused smoke to enter our open windows.
